We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality, and adept at managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Develop creative and diverse menus that appeal to our target clientele while incorporating local and international flavors and seasonal ingredients.
Culinary Excellence: Maintain consistently high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring that all dishes meet our exacting standards.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cleanliness.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and providing ongoing support for professional development.
Inventory and Cost Control: Manage food inventory, ordering, and procurement to minimize waste and control costs while maintaining quality and freshness.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality establishment.
Strong culinary skills and a creative flair for menu development and presentation.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating a cohesive culinary team.
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
