Salary Range 2500 AED to 3000 AED
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Providing information and resolving product or service-related issues.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
Handling customer complaints and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
