Job Description

Involved in coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently has the responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff. Responsible for management administrative and clerical activities inside the company. Coordinate /communicate with other organizations. Receive the company communications. Organize travel for management / staff. Prioritizing workloads.


Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and / or master’s degree in areas such as business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in a secretarial or an administrative capacity Experience 4 – 5 years
• Perfect in the use of computer and MS Office programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail - Must be a good listener and communicator having Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of Arabic language an advantage.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments, having stamina, drive and perseverance to handle pressure, adapt to changing conditions handle pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks and workload i.e. having the ability to switch between tasks easily when priorities shift, time management capability to meet tight deadlines
• Integrity - professionalism and teamwork
• Be a results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills
• Have to handle pressure well, also
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while also maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms good customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
• Organizing company records and memos to ensure they can be easily found when required
• Coordinating with third-party vendors such as maintenance workers on behalf of the company
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
