Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled shawarma maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality shawarmas using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Job Responsibilities:
•Prepare and cook shawarmas according to traditional recipes and company standards
•Select and cut meats, vegetables, and toppings for shawarmas
•Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
•Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of ingredients
•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
•Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
•Ability to prepare sandwich, tea and other snacks
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a shawarma maker or similar role
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
1000 to 1500 AED (Depends upon experience) + Food + Accommodation and Transport
Nationality: Indians Preferred.
Job Location : Dubai.
