EY and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA) are committed to developing UAE nationals. The EY Abu Dhabi Emirati Foundation Program (UAE Nationals Only) will provide you with a practical on-the-job one-year experience that will enable you to grow and develop into a future Emirati leader. After the one-year program you will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position with EY.
Throughout the year, you will work full-time with a high performing EY team who will support and develop you whilst giving you the opportunity to learn more about the business world and the clients who we support to achieve their potential. You will work on real life client projects and gain exposure across multiple industries.
Over a four-month period you will be supported to obtain a Diploma of Accounting which is the foundation part of the ACCA: Associate Certified Chartered Accountant qualification through the ADGM Academy. You will complete this diploma in a class-room environment and have dedicated Training Professionals to support you with your learnings.
In your role in Audit, you will contribute to real client projects.

Strategy and Transactions (SAT)
As part of Strategy and Transactions, you advise on strategies to raise, invest, optimize and preserve capital. Our teams bring together transaction professionals across competence areas, sectors and geographies to help our clients achieve their objectives.
We are most interested in people who are naturally curious and love to learn. You like to work with others and build relationships with both colleagues and clients. You are goal-oriented and implement business thinking with the ambition to develop and strive for providing good service.
