c. Requirements:
• Fabrication and assembling of Cast Aluminium Gates, Railings and Doors.
• To supervise grinding, welding, finishing and painting of Cast Aluminium Gates, Railings and Doors
• Measurement of designs and pattern
• Material and tools procurement for jobs.
• Responsible for delivery and necessary modification as and when required
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle a small team, provide instructions, and supervise their tasks
• To understand project specifications / measurements for the drawings.
• To ensure safety practices to achieve the zero accident target.
• To maintain & take care of company assets like welding machine, tools & tackles.
• To maintain discipline and follow company policies inside the company and staff accommodation.
