• Managing the tasks, schedules and job assignments of cleaning staff, laundry, house keeping and facility stewards.
• Regular monitoring of cleaning standards to ensure that the team proactively respond to all tasks as required.
• Managing of the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials.
• Maximizing recycling opportunities to ensure all recycling opportunities are explored.
• Promoting and providing exemplary guest service for both internal and external customers.
• Answering questions and offering information in a courteous manner. Offering to take guests pictures and seek to provide assistance.
• Monitoring inventory, cleaning supplies and paper products, for specific assigned work areas; re-supply when needed.
• Understanding and demonstrating the proper use of safety practices & ensure training standards are maintained for the department.
• Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
High school graduate. Cleani certification, preferred.
Experience in cleaning management.
Proven skills in complex and large area cleaning management.
2-3 years of supervisory experience
