Job Description

The position of a Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the optimal working environment by providing full maintenance services of a given facility as well as promoting safety conditions.
Providing, maintaining and developing a number of different services such as:
* Property strategy
* Space management
* Communications and connectivity infrastructure
* Building, Open and Green areas, Water features, Elevators, Sporting facilities, Parking, Inside and Outside maintenance
* Testing and inspections
* Building administration
* Contract management
* Environment, health, safety and sanitization
* Security 
* Tenancy liaising and problem solving
* Managing renovations and refurbishments
* Supervising and executing to completion all projects contracted and subcontracted


Candidate Requirements

UAE Driving License
Communication Skills
Project Management
Multi-tasking and Problem Solving
Knowledge of facility market trends, contacts, suppliers, safety and security
