Conduct group aqua fitness
Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form
Maintain constant supervision of participants during class
Prepare water aerobic workout including warm up, aerobic exercise, and cool down
Setting up equipment prior to class and securing equipment after class;
Build relationships with program participants to encourage connection and group focused class
Be sure the pool area is clean and safe
Deliver fun and inspiring lessons to 0-4 year olds
Deliver excellent customer service by giving personal attention to all our babies and parents
A passion for children and for teaching
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in flexible hours
Master of Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or Sport science
At least 5y of experience with adult and kids
Experience with baby swimming and aqua fitness is required
Completed courses in swimming instruction is required
STA & STA level 2 certificates
ASCA certificate
CPR certificate is required
ICF International certificate is preferable
Excellent lifesaving skills
