We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Female Beauty Salon Operations
Manager to join our prestigious beauty salon in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an

customer focus. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
operations of our salon while delivering outstanding services to our valued clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily salon operations, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance salon efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate salon performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing necessary improvements.
- Train, mentor, and supervise salon staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and innovations, ensuring the salon remains competitive and offers cutting-edge services.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new clients and enhance customer loyalty.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records of salon activities, including financial transactions, staff schedules, and client appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty salon industry in Abu Dhabi.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Solid understanding of salon operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
