**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to join our esteemed Qatari family's residence. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our luxurious villa, ensuring it maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and service. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and schedule the staff team, including housekeeping, private chef, gardener, and driver.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the villa is immaculately maintained at all times.
- Train and onboard new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee the maintenance of the property, including coordinating and scheduling maintenance teams for regular upkeep and addressing emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance services and related expenses.
- Manage billing related to the house, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Collaborate with private chef and house principal to organize and execute events hosted at the villa, ensuring they run smoothly and flawlessly.
- Serve as a private assistant to the house principal, assisting with scheduling appointments, running errands, and other tasks as required.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving any issues that may arise within the property.
- Uphold the family's privacy and confidentiality standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and crisis management.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required).
- Valid driver's license.
