Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MULTI SKILLED WORKED TO JOIN OUR TEAM.(FEMALE ONLY ).

The Role & Responsibilities include but not limited to and at the discretion of the Management.
1. To keep the GENERAL OFFICE SPACE cleaned and organized on a daily basis, to meet and greet guest, maintain the pantry etc.
2. To take maintain Employee file (s) in conjunction with the GM such as Contract, Labor Card, Emirates ID and Visa up to date and to reminder the company authorized PRO of any changes, renewals etc. Primary responsibilities Office Manager.
3. To maintain Company Petty Cash on a daily basis and report to the GM and the Company Accountant including but not limited to Incoming and outgoing payments, Statements of Accounts of Parties, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Monthly Cash Flow. Budgeting, General Sales Ledger, Employee Benefit Statements and other Statements of Accounts as needed by the management from time to time etc., etc. Primary Responsibility Office Manager.
4. To keep the Company Accountant up to date and to coordinate with him on accounting matters.
5. To maintain the filling system of the Company in an organized manner.
6. To independently work on any marketing, procurement, sales, quality assurance activities as directed by the management from time to time including creating DATA BASES and updating the same from time to time.
7. To maintain the company corporate file with all relevant documentations updated from time to time.
8. To assist where required to maintain the personal files of the M.D. and other members of the family and the management and updated from time to time.
9. To assist where required and maintain the files related to corporate and accounts of the group companies of MST.
10. To be present for work on or before 9:30 am every day (M-Thrs) except on Friday when reporting time is 2:00 pm or earlier.
11. To be available after office hours if required and on weekend for work related activities as the sole discretion of the Management.
12. TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE COMPANY RULES WITH RESPECT TO USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA SUCH AS FACEBOOK ETC. DURING WORKING HOURS; IT’S STRICTLY PROHIBITED UNLESS IT’S AN EMERGENCY. EMPLOYEE CAN BE FINED TO NOT FOLLOWING THE COMPANY RULES!!!!
13. TO CARRY OUT ANY AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES STRICTLY AS PER THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OR THE MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT AS DIRECTED FROM TIME TO TIME.


Candidate Requirements

Competent in Microsoft Office specially xls, office, power point.
Preferred competency in Tally.
Be familiar with office filing and other clerical work.
Well groomed.
