Selfdrive.ae is hiring a Female Sales Executive who is responsible for managing Inbound and outbound calls relating to Car rental, leasing, ancillary services, after sales queries, rental extensions etc.

Call Centre experience is Mandatory
Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions a alternatives
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
· Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way
· Meet person qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications required:
· Proven experience as a Customer Service / Sales Executive or relevant role
Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required
Proficiency in English
Atleast 1 year UAE Call centre experience is required
Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply
Industry-Internet / Ecommerce
Functional Area-ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
