Manage counter transactions with customers, scan goods and collect payments using cash registers
Issue receipts, refunds, change
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Track transactions on reports and any discrepancies
Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
Performs picker duties as necessary
with at least 2 years work experience on the same field
