1. Perform allocated repairs in accordance with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to obtain high quality repairs.
2. Avoid waste of time to improve productivity.
3. Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition.
4. Attend training & self-study to improve skills & product knowledge.
5. Feedback to Team leader additional repair required to get custom approval.
6. Maintain cleanliness of working area to assure a health & safe working environment.
7. Follow vehicle’s cleanliness cautions to obtain customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct work in safe manner by using suitable PPE required for the job and observing fire and safety regulations.
9. Service Excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues and all company personnel.
10. Perform other related duties as requested or required.
