Job Description

Bankaks is an eCommerce startup that provides services and products for low-income migrant workers for them to send to their families back in their home countries. We want to increase our market and brand awareness and for that we are currently looking for a Field Sales Representative for B2C + B2B sales and offline marketing strategies. You will support both business and operational functions. This person must be a self-starter with strong intuition, organization, and accountability. Fast, concise, and clear communication is key. If you can sell ice to an Eskimo, then you are the perfect candidate to take this job.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute store onboarding strategies and convince them to sell our products and promote our brand
• Organize field visits to follow up with stores to ensure sales volumes and availability of products
• Create, monitor, and control a network of external field sales agents to promote the app and sell our products
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in stores and supermarkets
• Research prospects and generate leads for B2B channels like supermarket chains, camp owners or companies
• Set up meetings with potential clients and partners to finalize commercial deals
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect payments and maintain an accurate record of the same
• Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
• Negotiate with partners to secure the most attractive prices and deals
• Talk continuously with customers, agents, and stores to understand their needs and requirements to convert them into products, services, or sales


Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in digital products or apps
• Experience with B2B sales and corporate clients, especially supermarkets and retail
• A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Computer and digital literacy for Microsoft Office, Gmail, and online office tools
• Excellent Communication Skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Knowledge of Arabic will be a plus
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
