Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist Admin to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients, partners, and employees. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain appointment calendars.
Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and doentation.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company's products and services.
Assist in maintaining digital records and databases.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with the Aluminium & Glass Industry or related fields is a plus.
