We are looking to for an Finance & Taxation Manager to look after the financial affairs
• Finance / Tax matters
• Preparation and Evaluation of Financial Statements as per International Standards
• Understanding & Preparing financial details for Legal Cases
• Negotiations with financial institutes and Banks
• Preparation of cash flow / budgets
• Experience of dealing with Trust regulations
• Well versed in different offshore jurisdictions and taxation
• Well versed with International Accounting Standards, presentation of Balance Sheets (Audit Report, Financials & notes)
• Expose to Good software skills
Senior guy age 45 - 55 with international exposure, Should be Certified Public Accountant.
Preferably from Sri Lanka.
