Job Description

We Are looking For *Financial Analyst* in Riyadh has worked in Real Estates entities



Responsibilities

•§ Prepare financial models for Real Estate Development Projects
•§ Analyzing Investments appraisal based on IRR, NPV, Payback, ROE, & Rental yield and other investment indicators.
•§ Supporting Project Development Division for any financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis,
•§ Review the Sales Plan, maintain record of actual sales vs the budget for presentation
•§ Prepare financial model for projects and keep it updated for submission to bank.
•§ Coordinate with Site engineers for costing of the project and allocation according to the components
•§ Coordinate with Sales team for any sales related requirements and keeping records of sales of units
•§ Keep all the accounting records and arrange the audit of the annual financial statements.
•§ Coordinate with Real Estate Fund Manager for establishment of fund and provide all financial, legal and technical information, financial and documents.
•§ Arrange insurance policies and renewal thereof for operating buildings

Qualification
BA degree in Finance , in addition to related Professional qualification in finance

Power point presentations

Experience
Mid level Career (5-10 ) years in real estate field and advance level skills in MS Excel
Salary : negotiable
