To be considered for the role:
• Must be able to understand material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management.
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
• Should be able to independently handle sites
• Should have past experience of executing projects.
• Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and reports to Project Manager.
