As a Fit-Out Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering diverse fit-out projects on time, ensuring quality within budget. Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Lead project teams to ensure the successful execution of fit-out projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor and control project activities to meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
- Provide regular project updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project expenses
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality projects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, construction methodologies, and building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant project management tools and software
