The Operations Manager’s primary responsibility is to serve as a link between the facilities managers and the Chief Operating Officer while leading and managing the fitness and aquatics programmes in order to achieve a high level of service delivery and presentation to all clients and staff while ensuring the mission and vision of the company are met. As Operations Manager, will have a broad role but the specific responsibilities will vary and be determined by COO.
