Monitors the fleet control process and other legal & governmental issues related to vehicles, providing instructions and guidance on major cases and complications.
Follows up with the Workshop, regarding discrepancies in vehicle maintenance and repairs, reviews related report.
Provides instructions and investigate regarding vehicle abuse and unreported accidents.
Coordinates with Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Team regarding break downs and malfunctioning, providing feedback to the Operations Manag
Follows up on vehicle inspection and insurance, coordination with the Operations, Administration, the Governmental Affairs and the Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Performs occasional spot checks on vehicle cleanliness and safety checks, providing remarks accordingly to the Operations Agents and Fleet team.
Follows up with the Car Wash Foreman and Fleet Control Supervisor on number of vehicles washed per day.
Reviews and approves vehicle washing schedule, follow up on execution with the service delivery agents and Delivery Managers.
Follows up & coordinates with the Operations, Marketing & Procurement Department regarding Logos and Side Panels on vehicles, reporting status of completion to the Operations Manag
Monitors the execution of the set PPM schedules
Liaise with VMR, Ground Operations Servi Manager for scheduling of the vehicles without affecting the daily operations
