The Printing Flexo Machine Operator is responsible for operating the printing Flexo machines and ensuring that products are printed correctly. They must have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a knowledge of printing processes.

Role & Responsibilities:
1- Operate flexographic printing machines
2- Set up printing jobs and adjust machine settings as required
3- Monitor print quality and adjust as needed
4- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment
5- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
6- Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
7-Control & troubleshoot automate extrusion line adjusting speed & feed, monitoring temperature, & finish material specification per customer’s order.
8-Matches colors for print job per job request.
9-Performs other related duties as assigned.

12-Minimum two years of experience operating a flexo machine.
13-Proven knowledge and skill with Flexo machines, including how to use the various functions and features.
14- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously efficiently.
