The person will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs specifically for floor installations. This role combines artistic creativity with practical knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Floral Design: Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements suitable for floor installations.
Material Selection: Choose appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials based on design requirements, color schemes, and client preferences. Ensure that selected materials are fresh, healthy, and of high quality.
Design Conceptualization: Speak with clients, event planners to understand that what they want.
Installation and Setup: Install the same as per the client's requirement.
Maintenance and Care: Monitor the condition of floral arrangements Water, prune, and replace flowers as needed to maintain freshness and appearance.
Trends and Innovation: Stay informed about current trends and developments in floristry, design. Incorporate innovative techniques and materials into floor floral designs to enhance their visual impact and appeal.
Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to inquiries and feedback.
