Job Requirements:
DESIGN SKILLS: design live, cut, dried, and artificial floral and foliage arrangements for events such as celebrations, anniversaries, weddings and parties. Responsible for processi stocki floral products according to standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: as a face of the company in front of the customers, persuasive speaking, empathy and willingness to help, and serve in a patient manner, adaptability and clear communication is a big bonus for this role.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Manage and supervise helpers during events, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
PERSONAL SKILLS: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
