• Minimum of Five (2) years Work experience as Operatio Manager, or similar role
• Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude
• Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and implementation skills
• Excellent written, verbal and group communication skills
