Supervision:
•To ensure we receive proper assistance from the outsourced company. Check daily operations checklist, random site checking, evaluate weekly reading and reports for the smooth running of the operations
•Discuss and assist outsourced company in resolution of breakdown equipment in order to minimize resolution time
•Carry out inspection of before and after business partners ‘MOVE IN’
•Visit & evaluate premises prior to business partners move in to provide their requirements and after to check and estimate the cost of the maintenance
Tend management:
•Collect & prepare quotations for consumables from suppliers by evaluating and negotiating better price for FM services and consumables required for new phases to provide better quality and competitive price
•Compile data for tenders, in terms of FM services, scope of works and other requirement and participate in the evaluation of budget / tenders doent and figures to ensure that the tender doent has sufficiently covered all our interest at competitive price
•Prepare the required spares list from the manufacturer’s manual and recommendation.
Spares will help to maintain all the electrical plants and for timely assistance in case of break down
•Monitor warehouse inventories /activities. Establish inventory system, control, and coordinate with the related depts. Ensure all items are in a safe place
