In am looking for a professional Front of Hou Manager to manage a portfolio of short stay apartments operating under a brand name in MRB city, District One
- Main point of contact for all tenants.
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.
- Direct the onsite cleaning team and manage their schedule as well as coordinate with the concierges regarding check
- Advertising the properties across various platforms
- Managing & maintaining the booking systems
- Must have basic accountancy skills in order to manage profit and loss sheets
- Must be fluent in English

This position is round the clock management, therefore must be committed to the position and be on call for tenants at any time - this will be discussed further at the interview stage.
