Job Title: Food and Beverage Operator (One Month Contract)
Purpose: Operate and maintain food and beverage machines and equipment to dispense products and prepare drinks and food items for customers according to recipes and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Operate various food and beverage machines including ice cream and juice dispensers, coffee machines, and soda fountains.
•Prepare and serve food and beverage orders according to established recipes and product specifications.
•Maintain cleanliness and sanitary condition of machines and equipment by following hygiene best practices and safety standards.
•Restock any supplies including ingredients, cups, lids, and straws.
•Monitor machine performance and report any issues with maintenance staff.
•Clean and sanitize counters and surrounding areas.
•Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
•Follow food safety requirements and regulations.
Requirements:
•At least 6 months experience operating food and beverage machines.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing orders.
•Ability to follow recipes and product specifications.
•Proactive and responsible with maintaining high hygiene standards.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Physically able to stand, lift and maneuver machines and supplies.
