Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role: Rider will be responsible to ensure customers deliveries are delivered within the timeframes provided, to the correct address, and delivered in a safe and secure manner. You will ensure the highest levels of customer
service to the end users.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the delivery vehicle and maintain proper knowledge of loaded items. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Should have knowledge about road safety, regulations and traffic rules of the UAE. Take delivery instruction properly from supervisors. Knowledge to use GPS devices and mobile navigation. Chart out an appropriate route for delivery on the map or GPS.
Conduct an inspections of vehicles before departing to deliver goods and perform diagnosis and troubleshooting activities on vehicles if needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a delivery boy.
A clean driving record, safety is our priority.
Strong sense of direction.
Should know English language.
UAE Driving License is must.
