We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent development, implementing effective coaching strategies, and fostering a positive learning environment for our players. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with players and staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game, a solid understanding of coaching philosophy, and the ability to plan, execute, and review training sessions. This position requires a commitment to player welfare, as well as the ability to commute to our training facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development: Implement strategies to identify and develop the potential of players at various skill levels.
Coaching Philosophy: Understand and align coaching practices with the academies philosophy to enhance player development and team performance.
Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively with players and staff in both English and Arabic.
Session Planning: Plan structured and engaging training sessions focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
Execution: Lead and conduct training sessions, ensuring that drills and activities are relevant to player development goals.
Session Review: Evaluate training sessions and matches to identify areas for improvement and adjust coaching methods accordingly.
Commute: Be able to commute to the training facility as required for scheduled sessions and meetings.
Coaching License: Possess a valid coaching license from a recognized football association or governing body.
Safeguarding Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding principles and ensure the safety and well-being of players under your supervision.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 or more years of coaching experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in talent development and player management.
Strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and coaching methodologies.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and review training sessions effectively.
Valid coaching license (e.g., UEFA, FA) is required.
Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures is essential.
