You have your own marketing, social media networks and leads but no time to register with all developers, no time to take care of administrative management of a company.
KANTUM PROPERTIES is a Real Estate Brokerage based in Dubai Business Bay. We are looking for Freelance Real Estate Brokers (off-plan) to share business together.
We are registered with more than 30 developers in Dubai, have instant access to new launches, agents briefings, daily updated inventories...
The position is commission based only:
85% if you bring and close the deal
50% if we bring the lead and you close the deal
> Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
> Manage the transaction process, from initial offer to closing
> Strong network, social medias
> Excellent communication, negotiation
> Ability to work independently
> Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, English Speakers are preferred
> At least 1 Year of Real Estate experience in Dubai
> Valid RERA license and own VISA is an advantage
> Available to join immediately
