Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and guests. You will handle incoming calls, greet guests, assist with inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
Provide information to callers or visitors, answering inquiries or directing them to the relevant resources
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conference rooms
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff, if required
Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
