Job Description

• Receives incoming calls and emails; take messages, responds appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member.
• Welcomes office visitors warmly and alerted staff to arrivals of scheduled appointments.
• Maintains daily manual and electronic journals
• Arrange meetings and appointments with the suppliers and provide reminders as needed.
• Develops and carries out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
• Provides assistance to Purchase Department for International Orders.
• Handles the creating and releasing of item codes to the respective locations.
• Inputs international purchase orders to the ERP for easy access.
• Inputs international orders shipment’s arrival data to the ERP for easy access.
• Sends and receives various documents such as daily cash books, invoices and other important documents to and from the shops.
• Provides assistance to HR department in the insurances of the staffs and monthly attendance updation.


Candidate Requirements

- Only Filipino Female candidates can apply
- At least graduation in any stream is required
- Should be able to join immediately.
