Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team. As a Russian-speaking associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our Russian-speaking guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, with a focus on providing personalized service to Russian-speaking individuals.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.

Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, preferences, and special requests.

Handle cash and credit card transactions, following established procedures and maintaining accuracy.

Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals.

Collaborate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest requests.

Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and special events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Fluency in both Russian and English is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, handling guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation and property management systems.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
