Lead a team of carpenters in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom furniture pieces according to design specifications.
Interpret and understand design drawings and plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
Coordinate with the design team to clarify project requirements and timelines.
Manage workflow and allocate tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Train and mentor junior carpenters to develop their skills and knowledge.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Monitor quality control throughout the fabrication process to ensure finished pieces meet our high standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on site to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth installation processes.
Oversee inventory management of materials and tools, ensuring adequate supplies are available for ongoing projects.
