Job Responsibilities
Maintain VAT record on purchases and prepare the standard rated expenses for VAT Filing.
Manage Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Bank Transactions, Cash accounting, Accounts Receivab, Bank Reconciliations, Expenses Reconciliations, Petty cash management.
Salary preparation and WPS. Inventory Management.
Supervision and control over the General Ledger and monthly reporting requirements.
Analyzes and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Prepares vendors statements by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Must have a strong background in Finance and Accounting methodologies and practices.
Expertise in preparing financial statements, monitoring daily cash transactions, developing annual budgets and recording all financial activity for the businesses.
Prepare Estimate, quotation, receipt, payment voucher, and related documents.
Management of internal and external audit.
