General Foreman / Civil Site Supervisor and Skill labour
We are seeking for General Foreman / Civil Site Supervisor and Skill labors
Ideally a good site supervisor who has experience working on commercial fit out projects for a tier 1-2 contractor
Must be able to:
· Monitor site progress
· Monitor compliance and quality against drawings and specifications
· Enforce site safety regulations and practices
· Record employee and sub-contractor attendance
· Able to interpret shop drawings
· Must be able to speak English & Hindi fluently
· Have knowledge of standard Dubai building codes and building practices
· Have knowledge off machinery and tools
· Knowledge of trades
· Good organizational skills
· Having a trade would be an advantage. Electrician, carpenter, plumber etc…
