Cornerstone Ventures is recruiting for a Large industrial group in the GCC.
The Group is one of the largest diversified privately held business groups based in the GCC and has affiliations with international brands across its major verticals of which include automotive, engineering and manufacturing.
The group is looking for a “General Manager, Manufacturing Operations”.
The successful candidate is expected to take full responsibility of running manufacturing operations of multiple plants across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Full P&L responsibility of manufacturing operations
Develop, present and execute long-term business strategy and implementation plan
Oversee business development activities including sale strategies, new product development and marketing
Recommend and oversee required plant producti automation
Manage and improve product quality and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage and develop senior staff to ensure enhanced productivity and satisfactory succession planning
Manage and optimize overall production costs and overhead expenses
