Role Description
This is a full-time on-site General Manager role, The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring company goals are met. They will also be responsible for driving growth and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Experience in overseeing multiple departments and managing budgets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Knowledge of relevant UAE laws and regulations
Experience in the industry or sector is a plus
Native or Bilingual in Arabic
Professional communication in English
Experience in Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah
