You will be responsible for managing our Front Desk Department and providing exceptional customer service to our guests as a Guest Relations Officer. You should communicate well with our guests and make their stay at our hotel more enjoyable.
Minimum years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Manager, or other related position.
Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
