EUROPEAN ONLY JOB RESPONSIBILITY: - Welcoming clients and identifying their preferences by asking pointed questions (consultation). - Recommending hairstyles and haircuts according to the client's face shape and tastes. - Wash, rinse and dry using appropriate shampoos and conditioners ( Loreal, Schwazcorf, and Revlon). - cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment. - Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights, ombre, and balayage. ( Loreal, Schwazcorf, and Revlon). - Apply hair treatments e.g. keratin, protein treatment. - Knowledge in hairstyling for special occasions. - Knowledge in hair extensions e.g. silicon bonds and tapes. - Ensure the tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools. - Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate. Personal and Professional Skills: Creative Stay up to date with the latest best practices, tools, and technology in your field Great communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. REQUIREMENTS; Flexibility to work in shifts. Diploma from cosmetology school. Work experience as hairstylists. We prefer local hiring, employ with NOC.
