Head Cashier
1. Allocate fund cash to Cashiers upon opening of the shop in order to allow quick money change with customers.
2. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cash desk and ensure that consumable materials (such as bags, rolls, etc.) are replenished throughout the day and marketi tools are properly displayed.
3. Consolidate, validate and submit sales reports, cash money, bank slips, discou receipts, vouchers. etc. of all cash tills at the end of day in compliance with company policies and security standards ensuring all cash discrepancies are logged.
4. Perform the daily and shift cash hand-over based on previous day collection in compliance with company policies and security standards
5. Deliver a high standard customer service, provide clients with the necessary support, promote gift cards, up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
6. Ensure cash policies and procedures are applied duly and accurately. Ensure that shop’s telephone calls are answered in appropriate etiquette and timely manner.
7. Performs other related activities such as preparing schedule for Cashiers and setting daily targets, handling the end-of-day closing reports, responding to customer complaints, following up on customer repair items and defective items and other.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. High School Degree 2. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar field; Knowledge and understanding of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) procedures 3. Proficiency in MS Office 4. Fluency in English
