JOB DESCRIPTION
Great cooking skills experience with Asian Cuisine, attention to detail.
Develop a positive and professional working culture.
Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Strong Leadership and management skills.
The ability to communicate and lead effectively
The ability to delegate tasks
The ability to work under pressure.
Create or adjust menus based on seasonal fluctuations.
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards. Determines how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
Must be experienced in Asian Cuisine.
At least 5 years of experience.
