* Greet and communicate with incoming and departing gues to ensure guest needs are met
* Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
* Supervise host desk efficiently and oversee clients seating arrangements
* Handle clients amicably and with understanding whether they have reservation or not
* Able to manage door and three different floors
* Need experience in GCC country in a fast-paced restaurant
* Presentable with clear communication, leadership and multitasking skills
* Knowledge of Reservation system (Eat App, 7 Rooms or Respak)
* Ability to manage complaints tendered by clients
