Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Vet and source new therapists
- Onboard and train new therapists
- Develop and implement detailed massage Standard Manuals
- Develop and add new spa services (ex. Meni Pedi, Facials, etc.)
- Quality control and be able to identify good therapists and bad therapists that need to be fired
Basically, the goal of this position is to allow the company to significantly grow the therapist count while maintaining great service quality and NOT sacrificing quality for scale.
Exact Qualifications / Requirements / Experience needed in order to apply:
- 5 years experience as a trainer (NOT THERAPIST)
- Good with computer (word, excel, quick to learn new software)
- Highly Proactive and self motivated
- Organized and professional
- Very strict
- Critical thinker
- Runs the extra mile
