MUST HAVE GOOD EXP. IN ONLY COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE
PROJECTS - IN OIL & GAS, PETROCHEMICAL PLANTS
1) PROJECT EXPEDITORS - VENDOR - 3 NOS.
8-12 years experience in Supply Chain Management and Vendor Coordination.
Prior Middle-East experience is Essential. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in
Engineering. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Good
working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
2) MATERIAL CONTROLMEN – 3 NOS.
Min. 6 to 8 years exp. in a store warehouse in a Refinery or Petrochemical Plant.
Should be well versed with Techniques of Stores and Warehouse Procedures,
Inventory Control and Material Handling methods. Maintains control on
warehouse materials equipment min and max inventory levels and follow its
procurement. In addition to assigned duties, helps issuing and receiving warehouse
material from and to the warehouse.
3) PROJECT CORDINATORS – 4 NOS.
8-12 years experience in overall project coordination. Prior experience in
BROWNFIELD commissioning Projects. Understand detail engineering drawings.
Must have bachelor’s degree in engineering. Can thrive under pressure.
4) PLANNING ENGINEERS – 4 NOS.
6-10 years experienced in developing detailed schedules on Primavera P6
Independently manage resource loading and resource leveling. Prior experience in
construction & commissioning projects. Certified Microsoft Office Specialist in MS
Excel. Good working Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module.
5) MAINTENANCE PLANNERS – 4 NOS.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Should have a Minimum of 8 to 10 years of
experience as Maintenance Planner in Oil and Gas facility. Must be able to
demonstrate a detailed knowledge of industry standards and procedures. Must be
familiar with SAP System. Completed safety courses related to oil and gas facility.
Has the ability to use Microsoft programs.
Has the knowledge and experience to use different systems for searching material.
6) SCHEDULERS – 4 NOS.
5-8 years experience in maintaining schedules and updating resources on Primavera
P6. Able to prepare resources S-curves and manhour calculations in MS Excel.
Microsoft Office Specialist certification in MS Excel is an advantage. Prior
experience in Construction and Commissioning projects
7) CAD ENGINEERS – 2 NOS.
8-10 years experience in creating detailed drawings with AutoCAD. Experience in
creating detailed P&IDs. Familar with industry codes and standards. Must have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Autodesk Auto CDAD® Certified Professional
certification is an advantage
8) SAFETY ENGINEERS – 5 NOS.
5-10 years experience in industrial safety. Shall have bachelor’s degree in
engineering. H2S certification and prior experience of working in sour facilities is
mandatory. Shall be certified in First Aid and CPR. Shall be IOSH and NEBOSH
certified as a minimum. Should have Safety diploma from reputed university or
government technical institute.
9) SENIOR QC E & I ENGINEERS – 2 NOS.
12-15 years experience in of electrical. instrumentation and control
equipment. Prior experience in middle east on commissioning projects. CompEx
certified or IECEx certified ,with considerable hands-on experience on Ex
equipment. Can understand detail engineering drawings. Familiar with HSE and
PTW systems. Must have bachelor’s degree in engineering
10) QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS – 4 NOS.
8-10 years experience in of Electrical. Instrumentation and Control
equipment. Can understand detail engineering drawings. Familiar with HSE and
PTW systems. Must have bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
11) PLANT ENGINEERS / OPERATIONS ENGINEERS – 10 NOS.
10-15 years in plant / operation engineering for crude oil or gas processing facilities.
Skilled at trouble-shooting complex process plants. Adept at reading P&ID drawings
and familiar with industry codes and stadards. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in
Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
12) SENIOR STATIC ENGINEERS – 2 NOS.
12-15 years of experience with pressure vessels and columns. Know-how in crude oil
Plant Construction & Commissioning activities. Understand detail engineering
drawings. Familiar with industry codes and standards. Familiar with HSE and
PTW systems. Prior middle east experience is essential. Must have bachelor’s
degree in engineering
13) ROTARY ENGINEERS – 2 NOS.
8-10 years exp. with Gas Plant Turbines and Compressors. Know-how in gas plant
construction & commissioning activities. Understand detail engineering drawings.
Familiar with industry codes and standards. Familiar with HSE and PTW systems.
Must have Bachelor’s degree in engineering
14) QC MECHANICAL ENGINEERS – 5 NOS.
8-10 years experience in of Static or Rotary packages. ASNT Level-2
certified. Understand detail engineering drawings. Familiar with industry codes and
standards. Familiar with HSE and systems. Must have bachelor’s degree in
engineering
15) SAFETY OFFICERS – 5 NOS.
5-10 years experience in industry safety. Shall have bachelor’s degree in
engineering. Prior experience of working in sour facilities. Must be either IOSH or
NEBOSH certified as a minimum. Certificate from Govt. Technical Institute a must.
16) OUTSIDE MECHANICAL OPERATORS – 32
8-12 years experience as an Outside Plant Operator. Prior experience in crude oil or
gas processing facilities is mandatory. Adept at reading P&ID drawings and
familiar with industry codes and standards. Must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering.
17) CONSOLE OPERATORS – 28
8-12 years experience as Control Room Operator. Prior experience on Honeywell
DCS systems and crude oil / gas processing facilities is mandatory. Adopt at reading
P&ID drawings and familiar with industry codes and standards. Must havew a
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
18) ELECTRICAL FOREMEN – 3 NOS.
10-15 years experience in Testing & Commissioning Switchgear and Motors.
Skilled at troubleshooting both switchgear and field loads. Can understand detailed
engineering drawings. Adept with HSE and PTW systems.
19) CONTROL PANEL TECHNICIANS – 15 NOS.
8-12 years experience in Testing & Commissioning Control Systems Panels. Skilled
at Panel Wirings and Troubleshooting problems
20) ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS – 30 NOS.
8-12 years experience in Testing & Commissioning Switchgear and Motors.
Skilled at troubleshooting both Switchgear and Field Loads.
21) MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS - 20 NOS.
Mechanical Technicians should have experience in commissioning and
maintenance of either Static or rotating equipment.
Static Equipment like Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel,Coloums etc
Rotating equipment like Pumps, Compressor Turbine etc.Knowledge of alignment.
22) DOENT CONTROLLERS – 2 NOS.
8-10 years exp. in controlling Project Doentation. Can implement doent
control procedures and ensure doentation meets ARAMCO standards. Can
sort, store and retrieve electronic and hard copy Project Doents. Can produce
Progress Reports and Maintain Tracker Sheets. Excellent skills in MS-Office.
