Primary Responsibilities and Activities
Preparation and administration of Oral medication
Assist patient with daily routines from getting out of bed, bathing, meals, and in the bathroom as needed.
Daily patient monitoring to ensure vital signs during home care, blood pressure, heart rate and temperature
Monitoring and recording of blood glucose levels
Preparation a administration of medications
Light housekeeping, such as making the bed and changing beddings, cleaning the patient's bathroom
Day-to-day support for patient
Ability to assess mental status
