Job Description

Position Summary
This position requires a person who is congenial, mature, detail-oriented, and possesses proven people and communication skills. This person, who is discerning and perceptive, with high integrity, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, as well as, anticipate the needs of others. They will need to be able to multi-task while maintaining a pleasant and “customer friendly” orientation, ensure confidentiality and security of staff and visitors. Fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.


Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements
Serves as a ‘friendly face’ of the organization: welcoming and greeting office staff and corporate visitors
Oversees the management of and service delivery of the office staff and visitors' requirements and arrangements
Establishes the overall service goals for the organization and provides day-to-day services
Cleans, sanitizes and stocks kitchen area and washrooms
Maintains all service and cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Observes and reports any maintenance issues, safety hazards and /or damage of office property
